Tasting Notes
NOSE:
Creamy cocoa, nuts, citrus, caramel, Tieguanyin tea, a bit fruity.
PALATE:
Peach, fresh lemon, green apple, mineral, woody, cloves, star anise
FINISH:
Long and complex. Litchi, pear, tea, cloves, a bit tannin.
NASE:
Cremiger Kakao, Nüsse, Zitrusfrüchte, Karamell, Tieguanyin-Tee, etwas fruchtig.
GAUMEN:
Pfirsich, frische Zitrone, grüner Apfel, mineralisch, holzig, Nelken, Sternanis
ABGANG:
Lang und komplex. Litschi, Birne, Tee, Nelken, etwas Tannin.
