Brand new whisky with three pot stills "The KANOSUKE DISTILLERY" was commissioned in 2018 on Fukiagehama Beach on the west coast of Kagoshima Prefecture.
The two-storey, U-shaped distillery houses all the distilling equipment.
One of the biggest advantages of the distillery is that they have three pot stills instead of two, as is common with craft distilleries of similar size all over the world.
Each of the three pot stills has a different neck shape and angle of the lyne arm.
Both by using different pot stills for redistillation and by blending newly made spirits from different stills, they can offer whisky with richer flavours and
aromas.
KANOSUKE DISTILLERY is named after Komasa Jyozo's second distiller and the passion and adventure of distilling is in the distillers' blood. Then we are all excited about the smooth yet

Die zweistöckige, U-förmige Brennerei beherbergt die gesamte Destillationsausrüstung.
Einer der größten Vorteile der Brennerei ist, dass sie über drei Pot Stills verfügt, anstatt über zwei, wie es bei Craft-Destillerien ähnlicher Größe auf der ganzen Welt üblich
ist.
Jede der drei Pot Stills hat eine andere Halsform und einen anderen Winkel des Lyne-Arms
Sowohl durch die Verwendung verschiedener Pot Stills für die erneute Destillation als auch durch das Mischen neu hergestellter Spirituosen aus verschiedenen Brennereien können sie Whisky
mit reicheren Geschmacksrichtungen und Aromen anbieten.
Die KANOSUKE DISTILLERY ist nach dem zweiten Destillateur von Komasa Jyozo benannt und die Leidenschaft und das Abenteuer des Destillierens liegt den Brennern im Blut. Dann sind wir alle
